I've got news for you, George....we have already failed. Actually, not us, not America, but you. Your incompetence in executing the war, refusing to listen to anyone including the American people, and lying about the reasons for the war have gotten you, Cheney, our soldiers, and the Iraqi people in the mess that is Iraq.
As for winning at all costs....there were people involved with the Vietnam war that spouted the same rhetoric. "Oh no, if we pull out it will be the end of the world!". But the sky didn't fall after all. And we don't need another Chicken little. We need to bring our people home. And if the Iraqis insist on killing each other.....so be it.

Like I stated before the war, during the war and even now as it has failed, occupation throughout history NEVER work. They never work unless there is a revolution where you pick a side to help... of which Iraq was not in one. You can't 'fix' a nation that isn't asking to be fixed.

Whats you source? Whats your direct impact?
You get your facts and opinions from the drive-by liberal media?
Been to Iraq? Met the people, see the impact we are making?
I have and there is a good chance I will again - proudly.
the biggest set back is the military;s hands being tied mainly due to the liberal media that would crucify a soldier at the drop of a hat for using the necessary level of violence.
Get a front row seat and some first hand info before you deem yourself an expert

The only time a President or leader fails is when his followers double cross them. If you have a leader and then you start pulling the rug under his feet,, how will you expect him to win with no backing... Not even YOU as our leader will win in Iraq. Grow up, kid.

What do the troops want? Hmmmm? If you support them so much then why do you not support the majority of the troops who believe the war in Iraq is worth fighting?

EDIT: Which will bring me to my next question.

Failure in Iraq would have major consequences throughout the Arab/Islamic world. That can not be considered an option. I don't know what the winning strategy is, but we really need to find it.

The Iraqis don't want us there either. Bush stated that the Iraqis should be grateful to us...FOR WHAT?? F*%#ing up their country, and killing 400,000 civilians? Yah! Thanks George....hope you and your corporate friends made some good money.
Now that the polls are showing against Bush...beware, he and his cronies will stage another "Terror Attack" and "Code Red Terror Alert" so we'll all be afraid and look to the military and gov't to protect us by taking away any freedoms or privacy we might actually have left ...

You are 100% right. Bush screwed the pooch when he lied to tie Iraq to the 9/11 attacks. And now he doesn't care how many Americans he kills or how many tax payer dollars he wastes, he's going to try to save face...

Same old rhetoric with no substantive argument. I suggest you move to Iran to watch the fireworks.

You are obviously not intelligent enough to understand so please take your opinion elsewhere. Was there a question in here somewhere?
