My first theory was the inability to except love from another if you don't love yourself. To elaborate on that, is this person (that doesn't love themselves), constantly in search of that person who loves them a "certain" way because they don't love themselves therefore, not recognizing the love someone else has for them and thinking that they keep hitting dead ends sort to speak when it comes to love. In actuality they have found people who love them but due to the lack of loving oneself they keep searching for that "certain" love and missing the love that was there all along? I know I'm thinking too hard on all this, but just wondering...
