www.romans.com has a tone of fun fashions for those size 12w and up at great prices.
www.catherines.com is having a huge sale were items are as low as $1.99 starting tomorrow

If you have cash, I recommend the 3 B's:
Barney's, Bendel's or Bergdorf's.
If you are low on cash, Bloomingdales work just as well.
All these stores are in NYC, but there is one store called DEB which is really good and the dresses cost like 20-50 bucks and they are very dressy.

They may seem expensive but they do have things on sale right now. i would espevially try Nordstrom. Oh as well juicycouture.com they have really cute dressy clothes.

there is some very nice things at a shop in richmond,ky called deb's it's in the richmond mall .she'll ship ,nice and very resonabley priced i got a prom dress that was like 400 in other stores and only paid 65. in ther great dresses and clothes
