I'm not much of a talker, unless I'm talking to my husband or my son.... If they aren't around I can go quit some time without talking..unless you count talking to my plants!

I can stay a day without talking!
well the longest ive lasted without talking,was about 5 hours!

I'm a quiet person anyway. When I'm anywhere but with close family or friends I'm usually completely silent until someone speaks to me. I get too nervous in social situations to try starting conversations... I've been quiet for a whole day, and usually for hours on end during every week. I also have a naturally soft and quiet voice.

If Im alone then I can go as long as hours but if Im in the company of people then of course Im gonna want to talk a bit

Once, I lost my voice. I still wrote notes to everyone and used my hands to try to communicate.
I have tried to give my boyfriend "the silent treatment" but as soon as I decide to stop talking, I find that I have lots to say.

Well I'm at work at the moment so between phones and co workers - not very long. I didn't talk for three days when I was sick cause my throat hurt to much.

If I didn't have to work...probably 2 weeks but ever I believe two days (during finals) in college

Not very long, just like my answers are sometimes long winded
and sometimes it looks like I am writing a novel. I can't get in my
answers with such short sentences or few words.
