Who is going to do the audit? Fanatical 'Greenies' who feel the need to force their opinions and lifestyle on those who actually have a life? Not on my watch.
Maybe the 'I'm only in this for the money' types who would take backhanders to boost their wages.
Being a 'Greenie' is a religion for most of them and one only has to look into history to see the corruption and lack of justice in any religeously motivated police in the world.

A policeing authority to fine none recycling ???
How can that possibly work unless they made it an offence not to.
Thats like saying, if you dont turn your tv off stand by, you'll receive a fine. If you dont buy items from the supermarket that have less packaging, you'll get fined at the checkout.
There's no way it could work, be practical or cost effeciant.

Definitely not.
That is the standard Socialist/Communist model, with the Ministry of Whatever granted power to trample over anyone it 'decides' is not compliant with its wishes. That is the absence of justice and of fairness.
Our system of Individual Rights was meant to protect us against the progressively encroaching Socialist notions. The system is being subverted.

hell no, green police, i don't recycle and never will, how much does it save for the time and money involved in recycling? i don't think much. if we put all that time and effort into discovering new things that don't need to be recycled that would be a better way to apply the time and money spent
