It's a nice way of saying no, but before you get too crushed, you should see what clients they have. It's possible your agency caters to a different market than your modeling would be appropriate for.

They have nothing available for you and maybe you don't have "the look" they are searching for. So go elsewhere.

It probably means they don't have anything that fits your profile...like your height, weights, hair color, it could be anything. Don't be discouraged.....just keep trying.
