The equivalent of the SAT and probably the TOEFL - test of english as a foreign language. Check individual college's websites for more specific requirements.

Contact the school that you are interested in attending. They will help you with the steps you need to take in order to be admitted into their school.
Usually you will need to receive a VISA from the government, which will allow you to be in the USA legally while you are attending an accredited college or university. You will have to show proof of completion of at least a high school education, as well. I am sure there are some other tests that you will need to do, but they escape me right now.
