I need to add a doc title to a document that I am working on. How do I do this?

If by "doc title" you mean the file suffix ".doc," the file needs to be saved in Microsoft Word format. If you are using MS Word, you would simply save it as a Word document. Otherwise, you would have to open the document or paste the text into Word or another word processing program that can save in Word format. Many programs have this feature; quite possibly even the one in which you created the document.
