Use a window washer with a deicer built in, or a deicer additive. Either will liquefy the frozen washer, but it may be easier just to park it in a garage overnight.

If you can't get the car into a heated garage for a couple of hours remove the container itself and bring it inside. Then drain it and fill it with the proper windshield fluid that is made not to freeze. Once the container is back in car you can use a hair dryer on the jets on your hood or wiper arms . You can then do same on hoses from the jets to the container and pump. good luck

You will have to wait until the liquid thaws. It must be thawed completely because if there are still ice particle in the fluid you run th e risk of burning up the wiper motor if you try and use them. Once it thaws I would eject all of the fluid that is in there (or nearly all of it) and be sure to refill the reservoir with windshield washing fluid and not water.

Vinegar...Believe it or not, it will help thaw the water in it and keep it from re-freezing. It also does an amazing job of helping to clean the parts and keep them from stopping up. Make sure after you use it that you completely drain your washer system and wash your car. You don't want to leave it in your system or on your paint. After that, you want to avoid putting water in your windshield cleaner. They make a De-Icer that is better to use this time of the year.

The washer is under the hood, is it not. Mine always thawed when the engine was run for a little while. Pour a little rubbing alcohol in it to keep it thawed and get washer fluid with more antifreeze in it.

Let it thaw out and you can either run it until it's empty or take the bottle out and empty it. Fill it up with a washer fluid that wont freeze like a de-icier.
