I've heard spraying hairspray is good but it doesn't always work. Does anyone know any better ideas????

Are they slipping on your feet or on the floor? If they're slipping on your feet try an extra pair of socks and maybe tie them tighter. If they're slipping on the floor - get another pair of shoes, that sounds hazardous.
Also, ask your coach, I doubt it'd be the first time they've heard that question.

U can use ur hand and rub the bottom of your shoe really fast it makes your shoes stick and grip the floor so you can get that extra edge of not slipping like the other players when ur crossin dem over
