Can someone(a real player) rule runescape? Because some dude said I was the chosen one to rule runescape and said there were others who ruled? I know there are 3 knights who do. Oh and the 1 gut said he worked for this wizard to find and help me? Is this true and please tell why or why not.

Uh. No one person can "rule" runescape. They could become the richest, most popular pk'er, or something along those lines. But nobody will ever dominate everything. First of all its much like real life and there will always be someone better then you in any given field. If someone told you that you were chosen they're either pulling a prank on you or trying to scam. I would just ignore them.

If it was an NPC with a yellow, it may be part of a quest. If it was a regular player with a white name, don't believe him.
