Talk to your sister about it. Are there any outstanding charges?

Maybe your sister would reimburse you for the damage she's done to your credit history. Then, perhaps you could convince a landlord to give you a short term lease with extra $ on deposit. They may take a chance on your if you have references. Otherwise, you may have to move in with someone else for now. Financial lessons are sometimes the hardest to learn and the worst to overcome.

That is a sad story but it is always the ones closest to you who mess things up. You will have to ride this one out. When you decided to let your sister use your name, you unfortunately engaged in fraud. Clearly your sister's credit was messed up and that's why she had to use you. Now you know what the consequences are for encouraging bad behavior no matter how much you want to help.

Its not that hard. Just expliain to the landlord what happened when you first go to look at the apartment. They will ask for proff of employment/income. And as long as your willing to pay a higher deposit, they will let you rent the place in your name.

i'm no longer effective. as well the letter from the lawyer, you would want to convey the divorce decree if it mentions the mastercard. you would get a shorter lease than you want and performance to pay the first month in strengthen, yet except its an intense priced house you shouldn't ought to a lot difficulty. Get your mom's divorce lawyer to petition the divorce court docket to reserve your dad to close the credit motor vehicle account at present and pay the stability and overdue expenses or be held in contempt. also that he should be responsible for fixing the credit report. The mastercard organizations would properly be bottom feeding pond scum and your mom would want to peruse criminal prices and a civil fraud in structure adverse on your dad with the intention to get them to close the account. My dad opened a mastercard in my call and that i had to bypass to court docket adverse to him. carry in there.

Find a landlord who doesn't care about that stuff. Or find a landlord who you can talk to and try to explain your situation. Also, one broken lease shouldn't make everyone turn you down. There's probably more to this store that than.
