Do you believe in Hell or do you believe man is a product of his social interaction, social constructs, genetics, etc...and not personally responsible for what knowledge comes into his possession? Can you defend your claims for me?

Sociologists observe that there is a paradox in human behavior: people are guided by social forces and structures that shape their lives, yet they also have free will. They do not appeal to genetic imperatives to explain human learning. Nor do they (or any science, for that matter) explain human thinking and action in terms of the forces of heaven, hell, God, or anything else that can not be empirically verified. However, they do examine real people and how they interact on the basis of shared religious understandings.

I suggest reading Durkheim's work on Religion. Marx also wrote about religion in the Economic and Philosophic manuscripts.

I also recommend reading Pierre Bourdieu's work "Distinction". It discusses habitus and worldviews.

Most sociologists are not atheists. They just understand the role and importance of religion in society. I'm not saying there are no atheist sociologists, but I woudl not say the "majority" or "most" sociologists are atheist. As someone in the sociology community (I'm a member of the American Sociological Association, the Midwest Sociological Society, and the Society for the Study of Social Problems) I can honestly say that the vast majority of contacts I have believe in some religion.

That would depend on their "World View". Sociology is essentially made up of defining ones "World View" to explain why they act the way they do. I have a Christian World View, so I believe there is a heaven and hell.

I believe in Hell, but most sociologists are atheists. I was raised in a Baptist religion, so that is what was taught to me from birth. It is what I was taught, was "the norm".
