As of now, I got almost no sleep last night due to studying. I have so much homework, and 3 major tests this week and staying up late is ineveitable. In an hour and a half, I get to go to lacrosse practice and run my butt off for 2 hours since the fields are wet.

I'm so tired, I fell asleep while eating. What can I do to get more energy? What do you do when you are exhausted?

And I would skip practice, but we have a tournament coming up.
Thankyou.

Most people would eat a lot of sugar or drink a lot of caffeine in order to stay awake fro an exams week or something, but since we consume these things on normal days too the body can become immune. And there are those that get stomach aches from caffeine, like myself.

Nothing beats regular sleeping habits and good nutrition, but if absolutely must stay awake then I recommend an energy drink with a high concentration of taurine. Check the nutrition information, if it has 1000mg of taurine in it, it will keep you awake. Not all energy drinks contain taurine, some, like Bawls contains high levels of caffeine. So make sure you read the labels.

And, you will crash after this is all done. Be prepared for that.

The energy Boosters do help me, But thinking at what is at the end of the tunnel helps me more. then maybe working on getting more rest in the meantime, or possibly going to a doctor to find why you are so exhausted? Could be a health reason?

It seems you're doing too much for your system. Try and figure out what's most important, and eliminate the rest. Then, you'll sleep better and feel better all around.

I drink water. Or take a little nap. A half hour nap is just enough time to rest yourself.

Drink a rockstar, or a red bull.
Those things keep me up forever.
Trust me, they work.
