HOw do you know when your boyfriend is the one you want to spend the rest of your life with and not someone that your with out of habit?

1.Do you enjoy his company – ALWAYS!
2.Can you talk to him endlessly about almost anything?
3.Do you know he would throw himself in front of a bus to save your life?
4.Does he love to sleep with you and hold you?
If all of the above are true and you have been with him for more that three years I would say the chances are good.

i new that my husband now was the one i wanted to spend the rest of my life with and i wasnt with him out of habit bc wed spend time togeather like we couldnt wait to spend the next minute togeather and we also new is that we had more in common for a cpl that had been togeather for such a short time (we'd only been togeather for 2.5 months before we got married )compared to a couple that had been married for 50 plus years

#1. Be together for at least 1.5 years. #2. Ask yourself if he has the qualities you're looking for. Does he have Integrity? (Does what he's gonna do when he says he's gonna do it.) Does he have Respect? Is he financially stable? Does he want the same things as you? How does he treat you? Would he swim through shark infested water just to bring you a lemonade?
See, these are the questions I ask. If even one is a "no" then he's not for me.
