I like this guy, Hes very shy, but talks a lot to certain people, With me, I have to initiate the conversation, but once I do he talks to me a lot. Usualy he'll come over to me when I initiate the conversation and stand very close to me, but with his arms crossed. (I noticed he doesnt do this with other people) My question is does he like me? i want opinions because i think im gonna tell him tomorrow but dont want to if im completely wrong.

Just tell him you like him. What's the worst that could happen? If he doesn't like you then you just move on & act like it's no big deal. Just act like you just came up with it on the spot, not like you've been thinking about it a lot.
