George Bush has lost control of the Presidency, He is becoming a Lame Duck president.
If Cheney was not the Vice President, I would favor the Bush resignation.
George Bush is trapped and has no place to go. This terrible dilemma has little to do with Democrats or Republications. The Right verses the Left.
What we are facing here in the USA, is the survival of our country.
We have lost some civil liberties. We fight a war with few, if any allies.
The ACLU forced the administration to secure a court order to open USA postage with out a warrant. We were headed for a pre 1932 Police state. The ACLU, Judges and the supreme court halted the Bush and Cheney attempted destruction of our constitution.
Britain has 400,000 Muslims who are citizens of the England. Over 10 percent of that Muslim group has ties to the Terror groups.
The USA has a Little time left to correct the dangerous path that Bush has put us on. A little time, but bot too much time.
I answered a similar question, months ago.
The following still applies:
How many more mistakes can this man possibly make?
The voters answered my comment: They turned over the senate and the House of Representatives in the November election.
This is Bush's watch.... we elected this man. We are getting what we deserve.
God Help us.....we need God's help at this very moment.

Absolutely NOT! President Bush has done absolutely and positively nothing wrong but do his responsibilities as the President of the United States of America. He is do the best he can in a country that has Hope and Victory in an uncertain world. I also would like to point out that President Bush is not only a leader that has to make decisions that have an impact on the United States of America but also has to make decisions that have a strong impact on Planet Earth. He is not like the Prime Minister of the Dominion of Canada or the President of the Republic of France who primarily make decisions for their own country. President Bush is a very honest and trustworthy man who tells the truth and never lies to anyone and although his policies might not be popular now, I believe 10 years from now, America's are going to say that he was a great humanitarian who made a difference to the world and to the United States of America.

OK first.... do you really believe that bush ever had an original thought in his head??? i think you will find that daddy and various other "advisers" are behind 90 percent of all he comes up with. { have you forgotten rumsfeld} it was he who said that the first mandate is to keep the population frightened!! and the fact that he has already said that the troops WILL stay in iraq long after his term tells you something about the real people behind the scenes!! i dont think that a change of presidents is going to change much!!!

No, I like President Bush. He has the guts and the backbone to complete what he started, against unfair odds too. I've supported him throughout the years because I believe he is doing the right things.
I think the liberal politicians' plan is to complain about everything until they wear down or fool the American people into voting for them. The easiest thing in the world is to sit back and complain. A united government would have gone a long way to speeding up the progress of the war.

oh that would be so wonderful! the whole world would breath a sigh of relief and dancing in the streets would ensue. but our dictator wanna-be will never voluntarily step down. i wouldn't be at all surprised if there was a "terrorist" attack just before the 2008 elections and GW declares a national emergency, martial law and suspension of the elections so he can stay in power until the never ending "war on terror" ends.

No, Dick Cheney is one of the few people in this country with a lower approval rating (I think Donald Rumsfeld even has higher approval ratings than Dick Cheney)

He should, but that would just mean Cheney would be president until 2008. So, considering the fact that resigning would just leave another evil, dishonest man in his place, his resignation should never be given.
