Like on a day to to day basis; what attitude(s) should a person have to acheive "will to power"? I mean this based on your interpretation, not necessarily what you think Nietzsche would've thought.

Understand that for the most part, the majority of the limitations we have , we place upon ourselves. Each person has an ability to make his thoughts, his goals, his dreams and desires into factual reality.
True power comes from within, the ability to overcome obstacles and hinderences comes with time, patience and mental strength. First one has to find a balance from within, one's own natural harmony. Making the most of what you are and accepting yourself with the imperfections that apply to all mankind. People can sense it when someone has self-confidance just as people can sense fear or indecision in others. Believe in yourself, allow compassion for others and make sure what you say you believe.
At some points you have to understand that failure is NOT an option. Work on integrity and personal honor without false pride. When you know who you are, what you want, what you will and will not accept in life, you become strong. Just my humble opinion.

Its called self empowerment. You have to first realize that you are in charge of your life, nobody else is. You are responsible for everything that you do and everything that happens, both good and bad. Then you need to determine where you want your life to go. It is completely your choice where you life is going to go. Everybody has an equal chance of finding a million dollars, of getting hit by a falling piano and of making something good happen. The only difference is that some people go out and make it happen while others sit and hope it will come to them. I can almost guarantee it won't come to you. And I can completely guarantee that if you are out there trying you will eventually succeed.

The most important thing you can do is always think about consequences. What are the consequences of choosing to walk down that street? What are the consequences of learning something new, of trying something new? What are the consequences of not trying your best at your job? What are the consequences of investing. All these things are your choices and the results are on your head. Take responsibility for your every action all the time.

Never take anything at face value. Always ask, always question and always verify everything. Its your life you are living and nobody is going to do it for you.

Change your thinking, change your life. It's not about will power if that's what you're talking about. It's really believing that you want something.
