The 2008-09 season will be a huge celebration all over the city of Montreal as the Canadiens celebrates their 100th anniversary! Mr. Boivin (Habs president) made it clair, 2009 Montreal will be the center of hockey!

I am glad that Montreal is hosting the All Star Game in the 08-09 season. Now it gives the NHL a chance to market the game the way it is suppose to, with a real hockey environment! Hopefully by then they will be on a real network in the states instead of VS.

It's a hell of a lot better than Dallas, Texas now isn't it. Hockey is Canada's game and we should all be glad that the 2008-2009 All-Star, Young Star and Skills Competition are all going to be hosted here.

YA im pretty glad good there not hosting it in like miami or dallas hockey seems to be a northern sport cuz well its cold up north why should a place reaching 100 degrees have the Allstar games so ya im pretty happy montreal will host it

I think Montreal will be a great location for the 2008-09 All-Star game. Hopefully they have it in Edmonton again soon.

They should hold it in cities that have no hockey team like winnipeg, Kanas city, Regina or Saskatoon, in the martimes and Pittsburg i mean *cough* *cough* no in diff. cities in North America that are hockey cities sure as hell not Dallas
