What kind of plastic do they use on the tops of boxes?

What type of synthetic plastic material is generally used by companies that makes boxes for terrain parks? I have been looking everywhere because I would like to build my own. Also where can I get some?

Its lexan. You can get it at a glass place or I think home depot may even have it.
