When his wife's not home, he told me that she's not his wife but his girlfriend. He didn't say it directly but like "My gf's gone to her mother and I'm all alone." Since then I knew they're not married. He offered to help me with my hedge while he's stroking the hedge between his house and mine. "Just let me know. Knock on my door," he said, "need any help in the house, knock my door. If you're bored and need someone to talk to, knock the door!" Then he blew me a kiss and said, "I'll drink till very late tonight."

Thank you all who answer my Q! but BK, why do you think he lied to me about the "wife" "girlfriend" thing?

Oh yeah he want some of you. But how would you feel if you were his gf and he talked to another girl that way?

I'm sorry to say but you sound a little naive with your question. A man that says the things he's saying to you and blows you a kiss and tells you he'll be drinking till late has only one thing in mind and I promise you it has nothing to do with "helping you around the house". I would stay very far from this man. He sounds like a looser and you don't need to be getting into anybodies relationship. If you need help around the house, call one of your brothers, your dad, an uncle, etc or even a contractor. Just stay away and next time he "offers" his help, make it clear that you're NOT interested. Good luck!

He's so horny the crack of dawn better watch out.

Next time you see the "girlfriend" - I am willing to bet $50 bucks she's the "wife" - tell her, "Oh Jim said his girlfriend wasn't home the other day and blew me a kiss and asked me over - said he'd be drinking late. I didn't act on it but just thought you'd want to know."

It sounds as if this man is very lonely and seriously wanting a fling. I would call this far more than a hint, but a blatant "come hither" stance. I guess the choice is yours how to proceed...

No that was no hint he couldn't have been more blatent if he stripped naked on the lawn and asked you if you wanted some. Is it that you are flattered because someone's husband flirted with you? You could not really be confused.

Yes. If I were you, I think I would be grossed out by him. Sounds like a jerk.
