Interphase. But during meiosis, when the cell cycle happens twice, interphase happens only once while the other phases happen twice to make four germ cells with half the DNA.

The cell cycle is divided into 4 parts; G1, S, G2, and M. S is synthesis phase, where the DNA replicates. M is mitosis, where the cell divides. So Asta was right, S phase is answer.
