No, never done that. I did walk up to a complete stranger once and kiss him, on a bet. He was quite surprised, but not at all upset. Matter of fact, he asked for my phone number. hehe ;)

Not on the street or in a train. I randomly hug people I know.....
But strangers don't appeal to me. Not for hugging, anyways.
