Miscarriages are not abnormal.Although they can be very emotionally painful, they aren't rare by any means.Your light bleeding is not that abnormal either.I wouldn't put to much into it but by all means don't make light of the situation either.Worry also is not good for you.Keep your eye on it and if it gets worse then yes it probably needs to be addressed but meanwhile take it easy, keep yourself healthy and enjoy the most beautiful thing that will ever happen to you.

It is likely to be nothing too much, however, it does warrent investigation.
I would get a check up ASAP with your GP or in emergency. They can test your pregnancy hormone in the blood and organise for an ultrasound to make sure that you have a live baby in your womb. This is the definitite test for piece of mind to ensure you are not having a miscarraige.
It is also important to know your blood group (eg A/B/O positive/negative), because you may need an immunisation if you are a certain blood type (too difficult to explain in text - ask your Dr to explain)
All the best

I totally understand your concerns-I was shoving q-tips up there checking for spots for the first 3 months! I miscarried as well, then got pregnant a year later and now have a healthy little girl. Don't panic. It is normal to spot on occasion. Sometimes your body thinks it's still supposed to have a period. My mother spotted all through her pregnancy with me.

By all means, if you have any questions of concerns-call your OB. That's what you are paying him/her for.

I'll send up a quick prayer for you & the baby. Good luck!
