I am sad, crying and I am hungry, though I don't know what to eat what will make me feel better. I know they all say icecream, but what else?

Ice cream is the only thing to eat when you're sad. That's why we all say it. If you wanna eat something else, then do that. But you'll be sorry that you didn't eat the ice cream instead.

Well icecream, yes I know everyone says that so I'll be more specific, Ben&Jerry's its the ultimate in sadness food. And if you dont like that, cake or anything that you should feel guilty for eating, It'll help!

Chocolate can help you feel better for a little while, but food isn't going to solve your problem. First get to the bottom of why you're feeling sad and try to correct it.

Well, chocolate is only good when it's a breakup because it makes you feel in love, so I suggest eating fruit, and something you really like because foods that are sweet and make you happy are the best.

Chocolate is the first thing that comes to mind. But if you're interested in something different, why don't you try ground badger meat for a change? Badger meat is an excellent source of calcium. You can find it in specialty stores in most big cities.

Hot meat Lasagina wid xtra cheese nd an xtra large COKE yeah!! or... u can go 4 Cheese Chicken Doritoz instead along wid da COKE offcourse! Heaven... trust me!! Az far az ur body'z suger level iz concerened... try 2 Brownies or da famous Ben & Jerry.

Eat anything that you know is bad for you so that you will feel guilty about and move around eventually and let that take you problems off your mind. I know how you feel, sorry you feel sad :(

Depending on the mood that day of when you're sad eat...Chocolate,cookie dough,pizza,grapes (love the juiciness),
oranges, crisp apple, chips, list goes on and on... whatever floats your boat really... even a smoothie or milkshake,curly fries...
