Since I don't know what your wife does, I'll just say that any of the French Cuffed striped shirts are nice. And versitile. They can be worn casual with jeans or a bit dressier with nice pants and a jacket, or under a sweater, or as is trendy now with one of those half-sweater things over them. So that is my choice, one of the French Cuffed Striped Shirts.

A gift certificate would be good for your wife, so that she can get whatever she wants, but then again you should buy her something nice, you know take someone elses advice on the clothing. But i'd say buy her an item of clothing, or jewelry, not the gift certificate.

the french cuff shirt is always a classic and its cheap so u should buy a couple of different colors or styles of it, or just get a gift certificate
