You will know if you are pregnant
Have you been stress about anything
Stress can make your period late
Just take the test.

How old are you?
I would say you are likely to just be having some mood swings that are hormonally related.
If you are worried about being pregnant, you should take a urine pregnancy test from your GP, or you can pick these up in the chemist. They are ~99 % accurate.
Don't stress.
If your test is negative and you continue to have symptoms, then follow up with your GP.
All the best.

Take a test, if you're four days late in having your period you might be pregnant. The tests I took always showed positive even before I missed my period.

There really is no 100% way to show when you are fertile. So if you've been having sex, it was possible that it was your fertile time. All of your symptoms are PMS symptoms. You are late, so go ahead and take a test.
