I am fitting two loo's with stack in the middle, would rather not cut into floor to get fall. Is there a pipe fitting that would accomplish this?

There used to be a "flat" opposing inlet in 100mm, a special made one is at ( http://www.fascias.com/en-gb/dept_29.html ) but for a standard one you will have to search the suppliers to see if it is still made, alternatively you could come off between the toilets into a dual in T and go to each toilet that way, or take one of the toilets vertically thru the floor and make a connection into the stack downstairs.

If a loo is a toilet they make a fitting called a cross. its a sanitee that has two inlets opposite each other that is designed to stand vertically on a stack. or you can use a wye in the line and other fittings to bring the second line to where it has to go. Just kind of depends on the set up and what you do and don't want to do.

First of all, I'm not sure that I fully understand your question.
They can be connected with a sanitary T at the same level, but all the pipes must still have at least the minimum required fall.
(Most commonly 1/4 inch per lineal foot.)
