Bucky's return?

I heard Bucky (from Captin america) is going to come back like Jason Todd. Does anyone know any facts about this?

He is back. As the Winter Solider. Apparently he was captured by the Russians and held in Suspended Animation except for rare occasion when the brain washed him and sent him out as an assassin. Cap has freed him but he is still some one at a loss about who is is.

If Steve Rogers dies at the end of Civil War, which is a pretty good bet watch for Bucky/Winter Solider to become the new Captain America
