are a lot of ppl, kids included, obsessed with sex and sexual prefrences (I think that's the right word) ?
Okay, there is this group of ppl at my school who ARE my friends, but I don't like sitting with them at lunch when we have free seating.
Names: Jacky (girl) , Andrew (boy), Rickie (girl), Ryan (boy), Amanda (girl), and sometimes Frances (girl).
Why? Because ALL they talk is sex. That's it! They are 13 yr olds. They talk about how Jacky's not a virgin anymore and whose had sex at that table. How they had it. What they did while doing it.
Personally, I think it's gross. I mean it's okay to talk about it ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE but that's ALL they talk about. That's it!!!!
Jacky will even pull out a frickin' condom from her pocket!
No wonder there's a rumor going around about her saying she's pregnant! (No, I didn't start it. She knows who started it).
But, yeah that's kinda sickening. And when they make those sex jokes, half of them I don't get. That's how gross! Why???

And most of them at that table "have" done it.
I don't believe that Jacky did. Cuz she DOES ga-run-teed lies about EVERYTHING!
Plus, Frances asked Jacky's mom if Jacky's ever done it. Her mom said no.
Cuz her mom would know she's really into Jacky's life like that.
I'm prolly the only one at that table (when I sit there), that's HASN'T done it!!!!!

I have no idea, I'm 17 and have never done "it" and I don't intend to untill I'm married. Why don't you try to tell them that you would like to talk about something else? Try to start a conversation about something you all have in common, maby then they'll get the hint that you want to hang, but not talk about "it".

It's normal to be curious about sex at that age. I think kids that age feel like they have to prove something to other kids, thus they tend to exaggerate their sexual dealings. They will grow out of it and realize sex isn't the only thing in the world.

Don't do what the others are doing..your virginity is special and no one can take that from you...hang on to it and be proud that you still have it. There are alot of other things better to talk about. Those kids are no good. They will get diseases...there are alot of them out there. Do be careful..Practice abstinence.

That's what they see in the media and they think it's cool to talk like that. They're also often miseducated about sex and don't even understand half of what they're talking about it or what the consequences of their actions are.
