How can I spread a rumor about MYSELF? And spread it to A LOT of people as fast as possible...I want people to think I do NOT like the guy I DO like...

I HAVE NEVER TOLD A GUY I LIKED HIM, I TRIED IT ON THIS GUY AND THOUGHT MAYBE SOMETHING POSITVE WOULD HAPPEN...BUT WHEN HE FOUND OUT EVERYTHING I THOUGHT THAT WOULD HAPPEN HAPPENED...AND I HATE IT. WE DONT TALK LIKE WE USE TO NEMORE

I think the cat will get out of the bag sooner or later - either about your really liking the guy or about that AND the fact you tried to suppress the fact you did with a false rumor of your own.
Either way, you end up looking like you have issues - its going to end up worse than it is right now.
I'd just deal with it - you can't put Humpty Dumpty back together - it doesn't work that way.

Well, first of all, that's just wierd. If you spread a rumor that you don't like the guy you do like, and he likes you, he'll hear the rumor and move on to someone else. Just ask him out.

Have a very close and trusted friend start it but don't make it obvious, just tell her to casually mention it in a conversation that the guy comes up in...
Why do you want to start that rumor anyway??? Seems odd that you wouldn't want him to know that you like him...

Spreading antirumors (denials) doesn't work too well. Imagine the White House leaking that someone didn't do something. Yeah, right.

Rumors are bad news. But I would have to say myspace is the best way to start one. News travels supper quick.

Email everyone you know then tell them to email everyone they know. Or call lots of people. Do anything at your school that you can to get it spread. Good Luck!

Rumours are not true in some cases. Even if you spread them, they might not believe in those rumours.
