Although they were not illegal immigrants in the United States considering the US did not exist at that point in time, they were in fact invading another person's land. They came to this country to escape persecution and to create a better life for themselves. Just as the Illegals who are coming over now, they had no intention of assimilating with the natives who were already here, took their resources and forced the natives onto tiny reservation slots. It's funny how it seems that history is trying to repeat itself.
So, do we allow ourselves to be over ridden by illegals and slowly fade away, or do we stand up for ourselves and put an end to this? Um...

No, the Pilgrims got permission from King James to land in Virginia. Which was a colony of Britain at that time. The problem was they landed in the wrong place. They landed too far north in Rhode Island. Since the King, the Virginia territory was the King's at that time, allowed them to go to Virginia they can't be considered illegal aliens.
