Concieving?

I had a question if I had made the right calculations on concieving last night. I have additionl information. My period started on January 3rd and it ended the 8th. That is usually my normal cycle. I had sex with my fiance yesterday the 22nd. We are going to try again tonight. I was making sure that this is a fertile time. I hope you can all help because all you mommys are helpful. This would be our first.

All women are different. I would start trying (sex every other day) about day 11 and keep going right up till your pd is due. Don't go overboard, you want his semen to be as concentrated with sperm as possible, so having sex every 2-3 days is best. Remember that sperm live for up to 5 days in your body, so all you need to do is overlap that time. Oh, and simultaneous orgasms will make it most effectual. That means to HAVE FUN! When you stop enjoying it is when you will reduce your chance of conceiving.

a rule of thumb is count 14 days from the start of your cycle, so you would be most fertile around the 27th. That was always super accuarte for me. I had my last period on the 3rd of August and i concieved onthe 17th for a fact.

If you period started on 1/3, then 14 days from that would be 1/17. Unless you ovulate really late in your cycle, it seems that you missed it already. Are you getting the egg-while cm?

I hope this works for you, but I have to tell you doing that 14 day ovulation trick doesn't help everyone because not everyone ovulates at the same time. I am 20 weeks pregnant and according to the doctors I got pregnant 2 days before my missed period.----just have sex everyday lol ... have fun

the 21st 22nd 23rd and 24th will be your most fertile days usually

from the 13th day of your last period til the 16th are said to be the most fertile days
