Satin sheets are quite slippery, I prefer cotton sheets and a nice warm blanket especially when it's 10 degrees outside.

Satin sheets are terrible for sliding about, I got rid of mine ages ago. I like cotton sheets and cover on my duvet, and cotton pillowslips, clean every night,smelling lovely and fresh; all nice and cosy.
