I have one, it is a DEC Alpha, true 64 bit, 1Gb ram, and a 100Gb drive.
Look, if you desire to use the full resources of a 64 bit computer,
you better either be running the real stuff (*BSD, GNU/Linux) that actually concurrent multi-processes, is true multi-tasking, and has real 64 bit applications. The above noted OSes have done 64 bit super computing in the Business Enterprise since 1993 and prior.
Hey, the Unix clones process upto 50Times faster than that consecutive processing Microsoft, which stops everything except the single task at hand, until it is done or locks up, or gets a Virjus, or suffers from a Trojan, or finds a Bug in the process.

Did you want a complete system (meaning, the CPU, keyboard, mouse, and monitor?) or are you comfortable with putting parts together?
I don't think Walmart has what is being asked.
