One guy got hold of my girlfriend through on line dating service. He fooled her that he was in love with her, and was going to marry her. He promised to help her to invest with huge returns. She transfered $60K to him. After two years, he refuses to give back money. He said there is no way she can win even if she sues him. Fair enough, no lawyer is taking the case because it is less than $100k. She contacted all the leagl places even FBI. But after some investigation, there is nothing they can do either. What else can she do to get her money back? That is almost all her life saving. Please help!!

It was silly to trust someone like that. But I guess when you are in love. You are really blind. Please give more constructive suggestion. I scolded her enough already.

Well if the Ice Man (Richard Kuklinski) hadn't died and been in prison, she might have been able to pay him to deal with this guy and get him to come around to her way of thinking! lol
I sure hope she learned her lesson, what was she thinking? Oh thats right she wasn't! Live and learn I guess huh?
Sorry but when this scum bag even suggested doing that and wanting that kind of money a BIG fat RED flag should have went up immediately .. it would have with me for sure!
