my clothes are washing but it's not cleaning due to it is not shaking, the water nad spinning are working fine but clothes are not cleaning.

Tilt the washer over and look under it. If yours has two belts under it, replace them both.

You didn't say if the washer is new or is under warranty. Many of the newer washers agitate very gently, so it's hard to know from your question if it is operating properly. Can you remove the agitator to see if something is caught under it that may be stopping the movement of the agitator?
If the clothes are not getting clean, you probably need to call in someone to take a look. Hopefully, it will be very minor and be fixed easily. Good luck.

Sooooooooo, let me get this straight. You write, "My washer is spinning around . . . ." My gosh that is dangerous and extremely out of character for a washer. Get out of the house immediately because it might hit you. Be very thankful that it is not your refrigerator or stove as for them to be spinning around would be really destructive.
