power hungry, men haters, inequality promoters, hypocrytes and corrupt monsters AKA feminists?
Personaly, I think they want more rights than men have and want to be treated like Goddesses when they're worth less than dirt. They portray men as dumb idiots when they have never achieved anything greater than a man, otherwise where would we be without Einstein, Newton, etc... In commercials and movies the man is always the idiot, such is their power of corruption...
They also promote male abuse.

Nicchistis, That's not what I meant when I said ''worth less than dirt'' that was to feminists not women. Obviously women are worth a LOT more than dirt but still shouldn't be compared to Godesses.

I agree with you to an extent.. I'm a female. I don't "hate" them per se though.. life is to short to be filled with so much hate but I do understand why you feel the way you do though. I too am sick of the feminists trying to feminize men and masculinize women. I'm tired of the commercials making men look stupid. I think ALL women need to stop and think: if a commercial making a man look stupid were reversed and it was a commercial making a woman look stupid, wouldn't women be all up in arms about it? How about A LOT of commercials that portray women as stupid... well men are human beings too with feelings just like us women. We don't like it so why should it be ok to do that to men? I've had female co-workers who say "men are so dumb" but if a male coworker were to say "women are so dumb" he would get written up in a heart beat and told he is a s*exist jerk. So I don't get into male bashing. It's wrong. So take heart.. there are some of us women who actually want a real MAN and appreciate the differences! :)

Well, be the individual male or female I do not approve of those qualities.
Both sexes will have their power hungry, men/women haters, inequality promoters, hypocrytes and corrupt monsters not always known as feminists.
What I would call them is self-centered.
It's also not only men who are portrayed as being idiots, what about the ditzy dame in horror flics who at the moment of impending doom completely forgets how to walk but seems only capable of tripping over her own feet?
As for male abuse, could you tell me one commercial or movie that promotes it?

Interesting how you see a lot of comments that equate feminism with women. They think if you hate feminists, you hate ALL women (as if all feminists were women or all women were feminists). If anything, I'd say that feminism has done women an immense amount of damage. About every week or so I see another editorial written by a woman talking about how feminism "betrayed" her by making her think she could "have it all." They all follow the same formula:
1. They were convinced from birth they could have both a high-powered career AND be a full-time mother.
2. They either put off having children for too long and their fertility plummeted, or the stress of having both drove them crazy.
3. They then blame feminism and try to warn other women that it just doesn't work that way.
I actually think it's kind of sad for them. It used to be common knowledge that there are only so many hours in the day, and at least SOME of them have to be for sleep.
And don't get me started on what "slut feminism" (not my term) did to women. We're just now beginning to see a lot of women realizing that flooding the market with sex may not have been the best idea.
But hey, if they want to believe that feminism represents all women, that's their problem; it's not my life that will suffer.

Ha - bit of a grudge there?
I reckon women deserve just the same rights that men have, no more and no less. While it's true that the first names of genius' that come to mind are men, this could be because at the time of those discoveries, women were expected to stay at home and could not become scientists. So that's a little unfair.
However, I totally agree that feminists are totally ridiculous. It's fine to demand the same rights that men enjoy but to ask for more? That's just silly!
Don't blame all women for the minority's view!

I think that you are misinterpreting the word "feminist." Feminists are not "man haters" and aren't "power hungry." Feminists just promote women. We want to be able to stand at a man's side rather than behind him. Just as you say, "...want to be treated like Goddesses when they're worth less than dirt." This is exactly what feminists are striving to change. Men like you thinking that women are worth less than dirt. I do feel as though my man should treat me as a goddess, just the same as I treat him like a god. There are certain aspects in life that men are better than women, but at the same time there are some aspects that women are better than men. Feminists are those of us women who promote and protect womanhood.

I have sorrow in my hearts for the type of person you describe; male or female.
This personality type is burdened with psychological issues that have led them to a life of bitter asymmetry. Their technique they use is called "Leveling" which is their attempt to take control by belittling their opponent, and inflating their own ego. Historically, primarily males have used this tactic; however, it sticks out like a sore thumb when a desperate woman has learned this (typically from their daddy) and applies it without a persuasive thought of compassion under the name of feminism.
Since the Birth Control devices have granted women more opportunity to make choices, we’re seeing many pioneering mistakes. Some of these mistakes is allowing false feminists to use techniques like “Leveling” and for a portion of the population to follow such ill-guided pioneers.

Yes mate, I agree. Im a feminists worst nightmare - I run my own farm, have bigger muscles than my boyfriend and fully believe a woman is capable of anything.
However, I still believe the sexs ARE NOT equal - to all you feminists that say you are as strong as a man - have you ever been beaten by one? Im strong, I can lift 40kg over my head, but a guy can still snap me in two. What really needs to happen is an appreciation of how DIFFERENT we really are - show the strengths and weakness' of each sex, rather than just keep screaming pointelessly, "we are equal!" When its blatantly obvious we are not!
In caveman times, we appreciated and used the differences between us rather than dispute and war about it. Man and woman need to find balance with one another, and I think its going to be a long time coming.

Your dead on. Don't let these politically correct smoke blowers change your mind. Show after show with the good looking, smart wife, that's always right. Married to a fat dumb husband that's always wrong formula. Get real, the wives rear end in real life looks like 100 pounds of cottage cheese in a two lb bag! Bad teeth and yellow toes and she is dumb as a rock. No wonder we run off with the baby sitter!
