(In any country)
You are FREE to say WHATEVER you want to...
as long as we like it (agree with you)...
You cannot say EXACTLY what you want... you have to sugar-coat your opinion... plaster some cookie dough over that, stick it in the oven - bake till it is golden brown and ONLY THEN... serve it to the listener...

Well, given the fact that you can legally ask that question, and the fact that I could say "No, I don't, and I think the President is horrible as well as his entire administration" kind of proves that freedom of speech does still apply in this country. It's habeas corpus that's been killed, not the first amendment.
Oh, and I just want to say that censorship of things that are considered explicit and political free speech are two very different things. I am not against mild laws limiting this freedom when it comes to TV and the radio, I'm not saying you should black out everything, but I do think that cursing on TV is quite intense--there's a difference between saying you can't curse period on TV and saying that you can't broadcast too much cursing without fines--it's the difference between watching a show that you like and being mildly offended (which I don't care about), and flipping through channels and hearing curses for five minutes.

Your first answer indicated the project! Feeding the homeless. perhaps this human being overlooked the reportes that were consistently coming in for various years now that the homeless peoples best difficulty has been the harrasmnet through the do gooders. Many have actual suffered sick well being from lack of sleep brought about through consistently being woken through those so noted as samaritans. regrettably rather some the human beings who attempt to do good are doing it for his or her personal causes with little or no understanding of what the wade through both needs or needs! I used to grant plenty to charities. i'm now very, very selective because maximum charities hotel to three type of moral blackmail to target to extort - thats appropriate EXTORT, money from us. Many charities actual receive major money from authorities. Many supply purely an exceedingly small percentage of what they convey mutually, keeping something else as 'operating expenditures.' purely who're the needy there? because someone has fallen on not person-friendly cases they immediately change into aims for the God Squad. i become lately in South Africa the position if someone is prepared to bypass to a church they get fed and helped and those that do no longer dont get it - straight forward as that. there are a selection of thoughts we may be able to help the undesirable and needy. rather some the those that are truly helping are doing straight forward selfless issues that no human being else is conscious about. grant a beggar a sandwich instead of money- what do you get - thats appropriate - a mouth finished of abuse. perhaps we ought to continually outlaw the do gooders and promises the classic human being interior the line a probability once back. i'm advantageous the needy will be on the prompt more suitable off and society mainly will be imensley more suitable off.

Depends on what country you live in. UK has no such amendment the same way as the US does. But we can still speak our minds in the UK more freely without the CIA & NSA monitoring every word

US- yes & no depends on varying factors.
UK- yes & no depends on varying factors.
anywhere & everywhere else - yes, no & mayb, really depends on varying factors.
freedom of speech sometimes defies common-sense!

You can get away with treason but not allowed to make a comment that is not quite politically correct.
