It's actually Chicago, Savannah then Boston (in that order) have the biggest parties in the United States. I read it in the newspaper when I lived in Savannah a few years ago.

i would say its defiantly Rochester New York! i use to go to parades there every year and they are at least 3-4 hours long and than most of the downtown area has lots of night entertainment for us adults and lots of corn beef and cabbage!! and of course green BEER! ;)
