help!! phsycics problem..?

could anyone give me ideas or help on how to build a tower out of 1 sheet of 8x11paper and 12 inches of tape, but the tower has to stand at least more than 8 inches and for 10 seconds. so ya. & if you really wanna talk to me about it than email me on my yahoo: juicyfruity8305@yahoo.com
