the earth's radius is 6,378.135 km and the average human tongue has a length of 4 inches so with the average syliva rate being 10,000 gallons a lifetime i would say that it would take about 174,653.790447392 years to make even halfway to the earth's core. Not to mention that some parts of the Earth's core is not soluble in saliva and that the intense heat of the core would repel any and all "lickers." start licking buddy.

That would be illogical. Maybe. But i know it would take a VERY long time- longer then your kids kids kids kids kids kis.... a million x great grandchildrem- if the make it before the end of the world.
