How can I make it look different? What kind of things can I do to it. I know how to sew and I have patternjust needs some ideas.

OOOOOO!!! u can wear big, chunky necklaces or bracelets with it and put it over some cute little tanktops. When u buy tanktops...buy lots of colors!!! Tanktops ALWAYS come in handy and always make ur outfit just a little better. Or u could take a big belt and put by ur waist. This look is so pretty and so fashionable. Also....big colorful earrings look nice too. Good luck with ur findings!! Bye

You could easily just add a waist beld in a different color, perhaps red.
That way you wouldn't completely change the look of the shirt.
Of course, if you want to sew something on you could add a simple little heart or object on one side of the shirt. :)

just wear it over some colorful camis and wear a pattent leather belt a little bit under the chest. Add jewelry and maybe a broch or flower to the lapel and you're set =]
