my sis has an icon laptop and has some how managed too mix her keys up. when she preses u she gets a 4 and so on for any duel keys how dose she get it back to normal, any advise please. s

Go to settings ---- control panel -------keyboard (icon), make sure the 'input locals' are set to 'EN [English United Kingdom] click 'set as Default'. Check the hardware profile in the keyboard window, it should be 102/104 key or similar.
