put your heart and soul in something and you can get a little attached. I you're a musician I can definately say that you are a more than a little batty. go get a REAL JOB ;)

Well,all mothers are a little crazy. And a song is like a child.It takes on a life of its own. The message is interpreted differently by each listener.

No, not at all. As a writer I can certainly sympathize with the sentiment held by an artist who classifies her works as children. Especially a female who has no children.

Not really. After all, she did create them. She "gave birth" to them, so she feels a special attachment to them.

no, not really, though possible. i think it's because of the time devoted to and the emotional ties for each song.
