Apparently, Missouri is NOT a community property state.

This web site says most of the time it is a 50/50 split unless there is compelling reason not to.

I think so but I'm not 100 percent sure. My friend got divorced in Missouri and she got most of everything. It was a simple divorce, not long and drug out.
