Don't you mean to ask--What is May's temerature in Bulgaria??.
I believe that it is a type of fish that is only found in Bulgaria.
It is dipped in a batter and slow cooked for 34 days.It is then taken from the oil and tested by throwing against a wall.If it sticks to the wall, it is ready to serve.

It is warm,sunny-typical spring weather.But for the nights get a jacket,of course depend on where you will stay?Near Black sea is ok,warmer, but in the capital city and in the middle part of the country is very cold in the morning between 6-9am
