French Fries?

Hi Italian Dream!!!
What comes to my mind instantly, when I hear french fries,
is............" CHOLESTEROOOOOL"& "POUNDS"!!!!!!!!!!
No, for real !!!!!! I'm NOT kidding!!! Now can I ask you a question?????
What comes to your mind, when you hear........................
over weight & sick?????? HUUMMM!!!!!!
As delicious as this are they should be eaten with coution!!!
Because the bad news are that more likely, french fries, will NOT be alone on that serving!!!
To make the matters worst, you often find them with lots of salt and ketchup on top, next to fried chicken, fried pork chops, fried stake!!!
Hungry??? I bet you are but I suggest you settle for some vegetables and grill chicken breasts!!!!! Add to that a lettuce and tomatoes salad, have a yogurt top it with friut.
And you will not need to visit the hospital, as often.
