I'm already happy, so it wouldn't make he happy.
It would however make me happier.
I would use it to free me, I could do what I want when I want.
I already am able to do what I want most of the time, that's why I'm happy and therefore that's how I know I'd be happier.

get a house with a huge yard. save lots in the bank. very happy.

Yes it would make me VERY happy. And I would use it to travel and be very generous with it.
