Yes you will if you make a written request to continue your care there. My friend has continued her care at her original hospital even though she has been living out of the area for many years;

not unless you have an address that you can still use in Herefordshire for all your hospital mail, etc.

Essentially you are just doing what a lot of people who live in Spain do. But they will catch you out eventually.

If you move to a different region they will want you to use the facilities of that region. Otherwise everyone would want to do this and we'd end up with a right old mess.
